Big News! Want to retreat with me?

Hello Reader,

At the beginning of this year, I woke up from a dream with two dates in my mind:

May 17th and 18th.

I didn’t know what they meant. There was no plan, no event, nothing on the calendar that felt connected to it.

But it stayed with me.

And today on May 14th...I just spoke on a very big stage. Not the exact date. But close enough to make me pause.

What I learn over and over is this: Not everything meaningful in our lives arrives as a clear plan. Sometimes it shows up as a feeling. A pull. A quiet knowing we can’t yet explain.

And for a long time, I didn’t trust that. I trusted effort. Pushing. Figuring it out. Making things happen.

But what I’ve been embracing for 14 years and what I shared on stage today is something different: Aligned Power.

A way of living and leading that doesn’t come from overdrive…but from being deeply connected to yourself.

So let me ask you: What would it look like for you to be so connected to yourself… that you didn’t have to hustle for the right opportunities, relationships, or outcomes?

What if you could still create meaning, impact, and expression, but from clarity instead of pressure?

This is how I live and lead. And it’s the work I’m beginning to share even more intentionally.

I just posted a video sharing what this looks like in real time, you can watch it here: LinkedIn or Instagram

And very soon, I’ll be opening something new.

An intimate, 3-day retreat. Just 8 women. First come, first serve. A space to step out of overdrive… and into a more aligned, grounded, and sustainable way of being.

If you’re feeling the pull, even if you don’t fully have words for it yet, hit reply and let me know.

You might be ready if:

* You’re doing well on paper, but something feels off underneath it

* You’re tired of carrying so much, even if you’re good at it

* You’re craving more meaning, ease, or space in your life

* You know your next chapter needs to feel different… even if you don’t know what that looks like yet

I’ll share more soon. But for now, I’m curious…what’s been quietly pulling at you this year

Dear Reader, Last week, I stepped onto a stage to speak to hundreds of people. I was prepared and I knew my message but the night before I had a thought, what makes my message unique? Almost as quickly as I asked, I got an answer. A few days ago, before a big talk, I found myself asking: what makes my message worth hearing? The answer came quickly. I turned on the TV while ironing my clothes.A special was on for AAPI month and as I listened to stories from people like Connie Chung, DJ Rekha...

Hello Reader, Last week, I presented at a conference and I spent the entire day on my feet: facilitating, speaking, connecting. And I wasn’t drained. There was a time when far less would have exhausted me.Not because I was doing less… but because I was carrying more. More pressure. More responsibility. More performance. However at this conference everything felt so good. The space, the people, the information. And when I look back at how this all happened….it started with a subtle vibe....

Hello Reader, At one of my recent talks, I shared what it’s like to be the only woman of color in the room and to pivot onto a path my culture didn’t teach me to choose. And how, as an Asian woman, I was taught, directly and indirectly to stay quiet, stay humble, don’t take up too much space. Afterwards, a South Asian woman came up to me with tears in her eyes. She told me she felt seen. That she’s making choices her family doesn’t understand — walking away from a “good career” to follow...
